Product-specific details confirmed in your order chat are part of the agreement. Save that conversation and ask before paying if anything is unclear.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By placing an order after receiving a written confirmation, you agree to these terms and the product-specific details in that confirmation. You must have legal capacity to contract and be permitted to use the requested service in your region.
2. Independent service
Black Tools is an independent digital-services storefront, operating in partnership with White Tools. Third-party product names and logos are used only to identify the relevant service. They remain the property of their owners, and no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is implied.
3. Catalog and quotations
A catalog listing is an invitation to request information, not a binding offer. Availability, features, quotas, provider terms and regional eligibility can change. An order becomes accepted only when Black Tools confirms the product, quantity, delivery route, total and payment instructions in writing.
4. Legitimate use
- Use each service only in accordance with applicable law and the original provider’s terms.
- Do not resell, sublicense, automate abuse, evade restrictions or use access for fraud or harmful activity.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, region, eligibility or intended seat count.
- Do not share an invitation, administrator role or access method beyond the scope confirmed in your order.
5. Payment
Pay only through the method and recipient confirmed in the official order conversation. You are responsible for any disclosed transfer or currency-conversion fee. Do not send payment to a different account based on an unsolicited message; verify the conversation first.
6. Delivery, support and refunds
The Digital Delivery & Activation Policy and Refund & Resolution Policy form part of these terms. Product-specific support periods or conditions confirmed before payment take priority where they give you clearer or stronger coverage.
7. Provider changes and availability
Third-party providers may change products, prices, quotas, interfaces, eligibility or terms. Black Tools does not control those changes. We will describe the current information reasonably available at order time and will not knowingly present a materially different plan as the requested product.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Tools is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or a third-party provider’s independent action. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order, except where the law does not allow that limit.
9. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated for legal, security or service reasons. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes apply to future orders unless the law requires otherwise. Contact the order desk with a question before accepting a quote.
